"It’s Spring Time" Reimagined Vintage Kimono - Kimono Zulu Artist Collaboration with Dandee Warhol

From the artist: “I approached this kimono with the intentions of creating falling cherry blossoms. It reminded me of cherry blossom season in Japan during spring time and I wanted to transcribe that into the kimono. I hand cut stencils and used spray paint to create the flower patterns. Since the kimono is orange, my favorite color, I felt that I needed to use different colors, blues, in order to balance the design. I'm very happy how it turned out and I hope the audience will feel the same. “
